盾构机空载通过隧道矿山法成洞段的关键技术

     

摘要

Taking the construction of Shenzhen Metro Line 5 as an example, the paper introduces the techniques of no load shield machines' constructing tunnel sections by min ing method. In the constructions, the construction quality of shield machines can be assured by selecting a reasonable pushing-forward way of no-load shield machines, selecting the appropriate type of segment erection and using steel composite teeth as a temporary top support device, and u sing jetting pea gravel and grouting means to ensure dense packing of the segment back, etc. These techniques can al so provide a reference for similar construction.%介绍了深圳地铁5号线盾构机空载通过隧道矿山法成洞段的技术.通过合理选取盾构空载推进的方式,选择恰当的管片拼装类型及采用钢质复合牙作为临时支顶装置,采用喷射豆砾石与注浆方法确保管片背后填充密实等措施,保证了盾构机空载通过隧道矿山法成洞段的施工质量.
