城市轨道交通曲线钢轨波磨检测与评价方法研究

     

摘要

钢轨波磨已成为城市轨道交通伤损的主要形式之一.对钢轨波磨的检测与评价方法进行了研究与分析.波磨检测的基本原理均基于弦测法和惯性基准法.波磨评价目前主要基于频域分析、时域分析及轨面粗糙度评价.基于对上海轨道交通1号线钢轨波浪形磨耗的连续布点测试,对所测数据进行了频谱分析,并结合现场情况对波磨的程度作出了评价.%Corrugation has been one of the main damages of urban mass transit. In this paper, for a better understanding of the rail corrugation, on the basis of the continuous measurement of rail corrugation on Shanghai Metro Line 1, the detection and evaluation about the rail corrugation is deeply analyzed and studied. The method of chord measuring and inertia reference are the two principles of the corrugation detection, the evaluation is mainly based on frequency domain analysis, time domain analysis and evaluation of rail surface roughness. This research can provide technical and theoretical support for further research on the formation mechanism of rail corrugation on sharp curve of urban mass transit.
