轨道交通多种语言相互转换的自助查询服务系统的设计

摘要

运用Visual Basic语言设计了多种语言转换的应用程序,建立多种语言数据库.独立研究开发了一套能够支持中、英、日、德、韩等多种语言的查询服务系统,为外国旅客提供能够转换自己熟悉的语言,自助查询城市轨道交通的线路、票价及服务设施等.该系统兼顾无障碍服务、个性化需求等,选择橙色键即可,由客服中心提供多语的人工服务,符合上海建设国际化大都市的战略目标.%In order to solve the problems of communication and travel difficulties in rail transit for a large number of foreign visitors during the Expo, by using Visual Basic language design,a multiple languages database is established to support Chinese,English, Japanese, German, Korean and other languages installed in the inquiry service system for foreign visitors,they could check the rail delivery routes,fares and service facilities with their own languages; the system is accessible for individual demand and so on, they could also select “SOS” that is provided by the multi-lingual customer service center.
