地铁车辆防火安全设计现状及发展建议

摘要

地铁车辆防火设计是保证地铁安全运行的一项重要工作.介绍了地铁车辆防火设计的框架,分析了我国地铁车辆防火设计的现状,提出了地铁车辆防火控制的建议.应建立系统化的地铁车辆防火规范体系；注重车辆结构件的防火试验,建立试验测试机构,完善测试标准；利用社会资源完善火灾的防控体系；建立完善的防火工程师认证体系.%Fire protection design of metro vehicle is very important for the safety operation. In the paper, two aspects of fire protection design; the ignition and the flammable material are described, the emergency system and measures in case of vehicle fire are introduced. Combined with the fire protection standards developed in China and abroad, an integrity system of fire protection standard is proposed, including the requirements for the nonmetal materials used in metro vehicles, the test methods, laboratory and so on. Metro operator shall also cooperate with social resources in fire protection and organize fire evacuation drill at periodical intervals.
