双线盾构施工引起地表及建筑物沉降规律研究

             

摘要

结合武汉地铁3号线19标段双线隧道施工,利用数值模拟和现场测试的方法,研究盾构施工过程中建筑物及地表沉降变形特征,并根据同一建筑物不同部位的沉降差判定施工过程中建筑物的安全性.研究结果表明:地表沉降在建筑物处明显增大,建筑物所在位置及其周围土体呈现整体倾斜变形;隧道横向上建筑物长宽比越大,地层滑移角及沉降槽宽度越大;建筑物和基础的沉降变形与隧道施工动态相关,基础的不均匀沉降导致建筑物安全性降低.由此可知,盾构施工对上部建筑物的影响非常显著,研究成果可为今后类似工程设计施工提供参考.%Combined with the double-line tunnel construction of bidding section 19 on Wuhan metro Line 3,through numerical simulation and field test,the subsidence deformation characteristics of building and surface in the process of tunnel construction are studied,the safety of buildings according to differential settlements in different parts of one building is determined.The result indicates that the strata subsidence increases significantly while there is a building,the soils surrounding the building present an integral tilt deformation;the bigger length-width ratio of the building in the transverse direction of the tunnel can cause bigger enlargement of formation slip angle and width of settling tank.Since the building and foundation settlement deformation characteristics are related to the tunnel construction process,the uneven settlement will reduce the safety of buildings.Therefore,the shield tunnel construction could influence significantly the upper structures on the ground.This research will provide a reference for similar projects in the future.
