基于ISO/TS 22163标准的铁路行业质量控制方法

摘要

According to the current situation of quality management in railway equipment manufacturing industry, proceeding from the effectiveness of railway manufacturing process,a process oriented quality control method based on the ISO/TS 22163 system is adopted, to analyze the target output, quality parameters control and other factors in the whole process of railway equipment manufacturing of CRRC. This research provides principles for the evaluation and analysis of railway vehicle manufacture and supplier management.%针对我国铁路装备制造行业质量管理现状,从轨道交通车辆制造过程有效性出发,采用以过程为导向的质量控制方法,基于ISO/TS 22163标准,对中车长春轨道客车股份有限公司轨道交通车辆制造过程及首检过程中的目标输出、质量参数管控等多种因素进行质量控制分析.分析结果可为轨道交通车辆生产及供应商管理提供原理性的检验与分析评价方法.
