创新合作与广州建设粤港澳大湾区创新增长极

摘要

Innovation cooperation is the key factor for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area to become an international science and technology innovation center. At the same time, it is also an important way for Guangzhou to play its core and leading role in the field of innovation. This paper measures the level of inter-city innovation cooperation by the number of inter-city invention patent cooperation, and explores the status and role of Guangzhou in the innovation cooperation network of the Bay Area from the perspective of network and space. Results show that the innovation cooperation relationship in the Bay Area presents the trend of concentration towards the inner part of the Bay Area, forming the "Foshan-Guangzhou-DongguanShenzhen" innovation corridor. As the core city of the innovation network, Guangzhou assumes an important hub function and has a comparative advantage of diversification of innovation subjects and a high degree of technological diversification. Therefore, Guangzhou should rely on the existing pattern of innovation and cooperation, consolidate and utilize its core position in the innovation network, give full play to its comparative advantage of innovation, and build itself into an innovation growth pole in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area.%创新合作是粤港澳大湾区打造国际科技创新中心的重要方式,同时也是广州发挥其在创新领域的重要作用、推动建设国际科技创新中心的重要途径.本文以城市间发明专利合作数量衡量城市间创新合作水平,基于网络视角与空间视角,探究广州在粤港澳大湾区创新合作网络中的地位与作用.结果显示,粤港澳大湾区创新合作关系呈现向湾区内部集聚的趋势,形成了"佛-穗-莞-深"创新走廊;广州作为创新合作网络的重要城市,承担重要的枢纽功能,具有创新主体多元化、技术多样化程度高的比较优势.因此,广州应依托业已成型的创新合作格局,巩固与利用其在创新合作网络中的枢纽地位,发挥其创新比较优势,建设成为粤港澳大湾区的重要创新增长极.
