The development of leisure industry is a strategic choice for restructuring industrialized cities and the cultural path for urban economic development in the context of experimental consump- tion. The development of leisure industry can improve urban functions, promote aggregation ability of high-end elements, and upgrade sustainable development and competitiveness in a comprehensive, holistic, long-term, and all-round manner.
