阐述了在农村集体土地所有权确权工作中，使用工作底图数据的选择、基本要求的确定、确权内容的划分、工作组织安排、集体土地确权、集体建设用地确权、国有土地的恢复、界址点和变化地形地貌补测等方面的调查测量流程和处理问题方法，以及与相关部门沟通、调动相关人员积极性、制定质量控制措施，确保了确权内容的完整性，不遗漏土地界址、范围、数量、用途、面积等任一项内容，做到权源合法，界地清楚，面积准确。%This paper elaborates on the ownership of rural collective land is the right work, the use of background da- ta selection, basic requirements, the division of content determination of right, work organization, collective land owner- ship, collective construction land use right of state - owned land,the recovery,the boundary points and changes in topog- raphy re -test and other aspects of the survey procedure and treatment problem, and actively communicate with related department, to mobilize staff enthusiasm, make the quality control measures to ensure that the right, content integrity, not missing land boundary, scope, quantity, purpose, area of any content, achieve the power source of legitimate, industry clearly, the area is accurate.
