农村集体土地所有权确权登记发证核调查工程实验探讨

摘要

In current rural collective land ownership determination registration certification checking projects , there is a lack of refer-ence materials about effective working procedures and methods obtained by analyzing and summarizing practical experience . In order to find out effective working procedures and methods and improve project efficiency , this article conducts an experiment case study on several adjacent administrative villages in Jiande City Rural Collective Land Ownership Determination Registration Certification Chec -king Project in 2012.Using the ArcGIS, WalkCM platform and GIS theory , this article analyzes and summarizes the critical work in documents and data collection , base map production , ownership checking , topology analysis , data checking and storage .Based on this case experience , this article gives the effective working methods and instructions for the key steps of rural collective land owner -ship determination registration certification checking projects , which can significantly improve project efficiency .%在现代农村集体土地所有权确权登记发证核调查工程中，因没有基于实际工作经验分析和总结所得出的有效作业工序和作业方法可供参考，为了理顺作业工序和作业方法，提高整体作业效率，统一数据规格，在整个项目工程开展前，本文特抽取2012年建德市农村集体土地所有权确权登记发证核调查工程若干相邻行政村作为实验对象，通过ArcGIS，WalkCM平台和GIS理论，对建德市农村集体土地所有权确权登记发证核调查的资料收集、底图制作、权属核调查、拓扑分析、数据检核和入库等环节进行分析和总结，得出了项目工程各环节统一的作业方法和理论指导，提高了生产效率。
