基于规划核实的三维地图更新

摘要

根据智慧城市建设及多维GIS应用需求，充分利用传统规划核实资料并进行技术改进，在规划核实阶段完成三维地图更新所需资料的收集工作，并基于EPS地理信息工作站实现二维基础地理信息数据、三维模型、影像和历史数据的一体化更新，以三维地图为载体建立统一的测绘建库管理方法，探索二三维一体化管理、更新机制，为城市规划、建设和管理服务。%According to the application requirements of smart city construction and the multi-dimensional GIS,take advantage of traditional planning verify the information and technological improvements ,achieve the information collection work for three-dimensional map update in the planning stages of verification ,EPS-based geographic information base sta-tions to achieve the two-dimensional GIS data ,integrated three-dimensional model ,images and historical data updates u-sing three-dimensional map as the carrier to establish a unified mapping building a database management methods ,explo-ring multiple dimensional integrated management , updating mechanism , servicing in planning , construction and manage-ment of urban.
