海伦路街道智慧管理服务平台建设

摘要

In our country,Intelligent Community is still a new thing,there is no fixed pattern. Proceeding from Hel-en Road Street’ s reality,this paper presents a practical research on the construction of Intelligent Community. Based on the geographic information technologies( GIS) ,through the integration of superimposed area of geographic information da-ta on various topics,a wisdom management service platform is builded,making the management of people and things me-ticulous and visualization,creating a new model of adapting to information,intelligence streets,community management services,making politics and people communicating more closely,making social relations more harmonious.%智慧社区的建设从全国来看，仍是一个新兴事物，没有固定模式，现从青岛市海伦路街道办实际出发，对智慧社区建设进行探索研究，以地理信息技术( GIS)为基础，通过整合叠加辖区各类专题地理信息数据，建设成智慧管理服务平台，实现对辖区人、事、物的精细化、可视化管理，创建了适应新形势的信息化、智能化的街道、社区管理服务新模式，使政民沟通更加密切，社会关系更加和谐。
