综采工作面粉尘运移规律数值模拟

         

摘要

根据综采工作面实测数据和实体模型,利用Gabmit软件构建了相似实体几何三维模型,并运用气固两相流动理论,建立综采工作面粉尘运移数学模型。采用FLUENT软件,对工作面内粉尘浓度分布进行了数值模拟,得到了不同工序下粉尘运移规律,模拟结果与实测数据达到良好的吻合效果。结果发现粉尘产生后在多数随煤壁一侧运移,少数随机扩散的到人行道,并随着沿程的距离的增加分布逐渐扩散到整个断面上;割煤是综采工作面最大的粉尘源,其次是移架和放顶。%According to related survey data and entity characteristics of fully- mechanized mining face, the similar 3D geometry model was created with Gabmit software, and a mathematical model of dust movement was derived from gas- solid two- phase flow theory. Numerical simulation of the dust concentration was made with FLUENT. The analysis of simulation result provided laws of dust movement with the distance from its source in different processes. The result matches wel with the related survey date and shows that most of the dust move with the wind and little disperses to sidewalk at random. The dust was gradual y spreading the ful cross-face along the way. It is proved that coal-cutting constitutes the most important source of dust;removing hydraulic support and top-co al drawing is of the second and third importance.
