改造建筑基础沉降有限元模型预测分析

摘要

本文依托重庆某区一座大型商城建筑改造增层工作，建立了有限元3D模型，对其在改造施工过程中的基础沉降情况进行了分析，并且结合现场监测数据验证了有限元模型预测基础沉降变形情况的可能性。%Based on real layer addition reforming construction, this paper using finite element analysis software Midas Building established a 3D model and analysis the foundation settlements before and after reforming construction. Furthermore combined the actual monitoring data with software analysis results to proved the possibility that using finite element software to forecast the building foundation settlement information.
