The HP to IP Leakage of leakage flow rate more than the design value is a very common phenomenon .Through the specific analysis ,the internal reasons caused leakage of large amount of steam;and because the current control method is undeserved ,will cause the balance tube steam backflow ,crisis to the potential danger of the safe operation of the unit .%过桥汽封漏汽量，超过设计值是非常普遍的现象。通过对问题的针对性的分析，提出造成漏汽量大的内在原因；以及由于当前治理方法不当，将造成平衡管内蒸汽倒流，危及到机组的安全运行。
