介绍了某型1 000MW超超临界机组经常发生汽轮机低压部分动静碰磨,引发机组振动,排汽导流环连接螺栓断裂等问题.通过试验并结合有限元计算对事故原因进行分析,找出问题的根源,提出对该型机组低压缸结构的改进方案.%This paper introduced a series of problems about collision between stator and rotor in LP, vibration and rupture of exhaust guide ring's joint bolt,which happened in a million ultra-supercritical units and due to blast of boiler. In order to find the origin of accident a series of experiment and analysis were carried out. After detailed research, a overall improved project based on the unit was proposed.
