六高调门汽轮机低功率轴振故障的分析及解决

         

摘要

Taking actual unit cases as examples,the fault with half cylinder inflowing steam is described through the operating data.Based on the mechanism of the shaft vibration fault that run at low power condition,a corresponding solution is also given as follows.The adoption of the steam regulating mode that double diagonal valve work as "2-2-1-1"under low load,could avoid the trouble that shaft vibration too big to switch to single valve operation mode as the reason of working under low load with the order of "2-1-1-1-1",and could ensure the economy that working under high load. It's provided a certain reference significance for the processing of the same type unit failure.%针对六高调门机组在半缸进汽方式下的低功率轴振故障,结合实际案例进行机理分析,提出了一种全新的顺序阀规律设计策略可以解决该问题:采用"2-2-1-1"的低负荷双阀对角进汽的顺序阀调节模式,既能避免"2-1-1-1-1"顺序阀进汽模式带来的低负荷轴振大而不得不切换至单阀方式运行问题,又能保证不降低高负荷运行时的经济性.这对同类型机组顺序阀低功率运行故障的处理有一定的借鉴意义.
