一种伙伴关系的建构：我国高等职业教育资源供给问题研究

摘要

With the transformation of China’s social and economic development,the importance of vocational education has become increasingly prominent.To improve the quality and quantity of occupa-tional education resources in order to ensure the healthy and rapid development of occupational educa-tion benefits not only Chinese occupational education during the period of social transformation but also Chinese talent development.A five-dimensional-society (market),government,schools,social organi-zations,and individuals-comprehensive vocational education resources supply system can be construc-ted to meet the needs of the rapid development of Chinese occupational education.This multidimension-al resources supply system is in fact a kind of “partnership”.It is urgently needed and is an exploratory development of a healthy cooperation mechanism for occupational education.%随着我国社会经济发展的转型，职业教育重要性日益凸显。如何提升职业教育资源供给质量和数量，保障职业教育的健康快速发展，是中国职业教育改革的需要，也是中国社会转型期人才发展的需要。本文认为，可从社会(市场)、政府、学校、社会团体(企业)和个人五个维度打造一个全方位的多维教育资源供给体系，以满足中国高职教育的健康快速发展需求；这种多维职教资源供给模式，其实也是一种“伙伴关系”的建构，它具有需求的迫切性和实践的必要性，也是发展职业教育良好合作机制的探索。
