摘要

为了实施制造强国战略、迎接工业4.0的挑战、积极推进《中国制造2025》规划纲要,大力发展职业教育已提上了重要的议程,“工学结合”教育模式已成为职业教育的主导模式。加强“工学结合”模式下顶岗实习生合法权益保护研究,已成为促进职业技术教育持续发展的核心动力,该文主要探讨了顶岗实习生权益保护的必要性,重点剖析了顶岗实习生法律合法权益侵害的现状与类型,并根据职业教育发展的现实社会诉求,提出了保护顶岗实习生合法权益保护的具体对策,藉以构建和谐学校、企业、学生关系,为中国职业教育的持续健康发展提供动力与保障。%In order to implement the strategy of manufacturing, to meet the challenge of the industrial 4. 0, promote“made in China 2025” planning outline, the development of vocational education has been brought up on the important agenda, and “work-integrated learning” education mode has become the dominant mode of vocation education. Strengthening the substitution intern students’ legitimate rights and interest protection has become the core power to promote the development of vocational education. This paper mainly discusses the necessity of protection of the rights and interest of substitution intern student, analyzes the present situation and the types of the disoperation to substitution intern students, and accord-ing to the realistic social demands of the development of vocational education, puts forward the concrete countermeasures of protecting the substitution intern students ’ legitimate rights and interests, so as to build a harmonious relationship among school, enterprises and students to provide sustainable and healthy development of China’ s vocational education.
