1993～1995年出国定居人员肺结核监测报告

摘要

This paper reports the surveillance results of Lung Tuberculosis (LTB)for immigrants examined at the Health Service Center for International Traveler of Guangzhou H&Q from 1993 to 1995,166 ases whose chest films showed active LTB among 30,019 persons. The detecking rate of chest film was 553/104. 16 cases of active LTB patients were posetive sputum smear or culture, defined as infectious LTB(Class A). 150 cases were noninfectious active LTB (Class B1). The author analyses the urveillance results of LTB for immigrants and suggested some improving method.%本文报告了1993～1995年在广州卫生检疫国际旅行保健服务中心进行出国定居人员肺结核监测的结果.在30,019名体检者中发现了166例胸片符合活动性肺结核的患者,检出率为553/10万,其中16名为痰细菌学检查阳性者,属传染性肺结核(A级),150例为非传染性的活动性肺结核患者(B1级).作者对出国定居人员肺结核监测结果进行了分析.
