关节镜治疗膝关节外侧盘状半月板损伤50例

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic treatment of knee joint lateral discoid meniscus injury.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 50 patients with knee joint lateral discoid meniscus injury who were admitted from February 2013 to December 2016.All patients received minimally invasive surgery treatment,total excision of the second-rate,total resection and partial nephrectomy keratoplasty under the arthroscope.The preoperative and postoperative Lysholm score of knee joint function in patients,and changes in knee joint mobility were measured;according to postoperative follow-up,clinical effect was evaluated.Results All the surgeries were successful,and the patients received follow-up for 1 year.There were excellent in 25(50.0%),good in 18(36.0%),fair in 5(10.0%)and poor in 2(4.0%),the excellent and good rate was 86.0%(43/50).The Lysholm score was(93.55±3.34),which was obviously better than preoperative score(68.16±4.91),and the difference had statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The arthroscopic treatment of knee joint lateral discoid meniscus has curative effects,fewer complications,fast functional recovery,and is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 探讨关节镜下半月板成形治疗外侧盘状半月板合并损伤的临床疗效.方法 收集2013年2月至2016年12月就诊的外侧盘状半月板损伤患者50例,均于关节镜下行微创手术治疗,采取次全切除、全切除及部分切除成形术.患者术前、术后均进行膝关节Lysholm功能评分,并测量膝关节活动度变化;术后进行随访,评价患者临床治疗效果.结果 本组50例患者均顺利完成手术,术后均半年的随访.本组患者疗效优25例(50.0%),良18例(36.0%),可5例(10.0%),差2例(4.0%),优良率为86.0%(43/50).患者术后膝关节Lysholm评分为(93.55±3.34)分,明显优于术前的(68.16±4.91)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).
