河砂作细集料在沥青路面中的应用研究

         

摘要

The river sand and stone chips have good complementary,and appropriate dosage in mixture is able to reduce frictional resistance between aggregates and improve compaction and road perform-ance.The fine aggregate is completely replaced by 18 percent river sand in graded design,and 4.7%optimum asphalt ratio is determined through laboratory Marshall test methods.Indoor performance test shows that water stability and high temperature performance of asphalt mixture are very well. Entity engineering test results show that the construction site grading,ratio,thickness,degree of compaction and the road surface performance are able to meet the regulatory requirements,and the workability of mixture is well.%河砂与石屑具有很好的互补性,适当掺量能够减小骨料之间的摩擦阻力,改善混合料的压实性能与路用性能。文中级配设计时采用18%的河砂完全代替细集料,并通过室内马歇尔试验方法,确定最佳油石比为4.7%;室内性能检验表明沥青混合料具有良好的水稳定性与高温性能;实体工程检测结果表明,现场施工的级配、油石比、厚度、压实度及路表性能都能够满足规范要求,证明混合料具有良好的施工和易性。
