移动梁在桥梁检查车上的应用

摘要

为了解决桥梁检查车采用通长专用轨道施工作业的难题，提出可移动式的检查车轨道，即移动梁，通过这种移动梁和检查车挂钩装置的交替挂接和移动，引导桥梁检查车沿桥梁桁架前行。文中介绍了这种移动梁桥梁检查车的主要构造、工作原理，以及工厂组装调试情况，该检查车具有完全依靠机械结构实现行走，操作简单的优势，非常适合各种桥梁安装使用。%In order to solve the difficult problem of construction work using special full-length track in bridge inspection vehicle,a movable inspection vehicle track is put forward,namely moving beam, through alternating movement of the moving beam and the hook device of inspection vehicle,to guide the bridge inspection vehicle follow the bridge truss.The structure,working principle and factory as-sembly of bridge inspection vehicle with moving beam are introduced,the advantage of this bridge in-spection vehicle is illustrated,and it is completely dependent on the mechanical structure to achieve walking with the advantage of simple operation,which is very suitable for all kinds of bridge to use.
