Road asphalt wax content test showed that the wax content of asphalt will directly affect the road performance of asphalt materials.This paper focuses on the analysis of factors affecting wax con-tent in asphalt.The technical detection is used to increase the control of wax content in asphalt,and the effects of wax content on the asphalt are related to the asphalt composition and the chemical com-position of the structure characteristics of wax and asphalt.During the construction of highway engi-neering,the focus detection and comprehensive control of the wax content in asphalt should be per-formed,in order to ensure the use function and pavement quality of road.%道路石油沥青含蜡量试验表明，沥青的含蜡量将直接影响到沥青材料的路用性能。文中重点分析影响沥青含蜡量的因素。通过技术检测对沥青含蜡量加强控制。沥青含蜡量对沥青的影响，除了与沥青中蜡的成分比例有关外，还包括蜡的结构特点和沥青的化学组成。在公路工程施工中要对沥青含蜡量重点检测、全面控制，以确保路面质量和道路的使用功能。
