间充质干细胞治疗慢性皮肤溃疡研究进展

摘要

The chronic cutaneous ulcer is one of the refractory diseases in clinic .So far, there is no effective therapy .Derived from the mesoderm , the mesenchymal stem cells ( MSCs ) are capable of self-renewal and multi-lineage differentiation , and involved in all phases of chronic wound to accelerate its recovery through paracrine effects and differentiation to skin cells .This review mainly summarized the wound healing mechanism and current treatments of chronic cutaneous ulcer , the characteristic of MSCs and their application in chronic cutaneous ulcer , which will be propitious to basic and clinical researches of MSCs on remedy of chronic cutaneous ulcer .%慢性皮肤溃疡是一种临床常见难治性疾病，目前尚无有效治疗方法。间充质干细胞是来源于中胚层的一种成体干细胞，具有自我复制和定向分化潜能特点，其可通过旁分泌效应和向类皮细胞分化参与创伤愈合的各个阶段促进慢性伤口愈合。本文针对皮肤创伤愈合机制及慢性皮肤溃疡治疗现状、间充质干细胞生物学特性及其治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的研究等方面予以综述，有助于间充质干细胞治疗慢性皮肤溃疡的基础和临床研究。
