脑梗死患者行高压氧治疗联合护理干预的效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨脑梗死患者行高压氧治疗联合护理干预的效果。方法选取2014年5月—2015年1月在海军总院高压氧治疗同时实施护理干预的脑梗死患者30例作为观察组，同时将2013年3月—2014年1月高压氧治疗同时给予常规护理的30例脑梗死患者作为对照组。高压氧治疗共2个疗程，1个疗程10 d。观察2组患者的焦虑改善程度、治疗效果及患者的护理满意度，并进行分析。结果高压氧治疗联合护理干预后，观察组和对照组焦虑评分、总有效率、护理满意度分别为（45.66±3.74）分和（55.28±4.54）分（ t＝11.61，P＜0.01）、93.3％和86.7％（χ2＝3.96，P＜0.05）、93.3％和63.3％（χ2＝4.58，P＜0.05）。结论高压氧治疗联合护理干预能显著改善患者的焦虑状态，提高疗效，并明显提高患者的护理满意度。%Objective To investigate the effect of the hyperbaric oxygen combined with nur-sing intervention on the patients with cerebral infarction .Methods Sixty patients with cerebral in-farction selected in our hospital from May 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the ob-servation group and the control group , each with 30 cases.Two groups were treated with hyperbaric oxygen treatment , a total of 2 courses, 1 course for 10 days.The control group was given routine nursing of hyperbaric oxygen .Based on the control group , the observation group was given humani-zation nursing intervention.The treatment effect, anxiety, nursing satisfaction degree of patients were observed and compared .Results After the intervention of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with nursing intervention , the observation group anxiety score ( 45.66 ±3.74 ) was significantly lower than that of the control group (55.28±4.54), the difference was statistically significant (t=11.61, P<0.01 ) .The total effective in the observation group and the control group ( 93.3%vs.86.7%) was compared , the difference was statistically significant (χ2=3.96 , P<0.05 ) .The satisfaction degree of the observation group ( 93.3%) was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 63.3%) (χ2=4.58, P<0.05).Conclusion Using humanization nursing intervention in the course of hy-perbaric oxygen therapy can significantly improve the efficacy , improve the anxiety status and im-prove nursing satisfaction of patients .
