国内外转化医学的主要转化模式与途径及其启示

摘要

回顾国内外转化医学目前初步形成的主要转化模式与途径，从T1~T4的4个阶段转化，通过学术路径转化到研究中心路径及基金资助路径进行分析，提出整合基金来源、规划转化医学基金、鼓励多学科合作，并对我国未来的转化医学发展进行探讨与建议。%This article reviews the initial formation of the main ways of transformation patterns both at home and abroad. With the transformation of the four stages of T1—T4,we analyzed from the academic path,the way of research center for translational medicine and the funding pathway,then we can improve by the integration infrastructure,planning the translational medicine fund,encoura￣ging multidisciplinary cooperation,and so on. Finally, this article discussed the future development of translational medicine in China and gave some suggestions.
