管道天然气超声流量计在线检验系统设计

             

摘要

为了提高管道天然气超声流量计的检验效率,对基于声速比较的超声流量计在线检验技术进行了研究探索.阐述了声速比较检验法的理论依据与步骤,并建立了声速计算模型.根据检验规程和现场实际情况设计了一种基于声速比较法的超声流量计在线检验系统软硬件.利用C#平台开发设计该系统的检验程序.该系统通过以太网与流量计算机连接,同步读取流量,实测声速、压力、温度、信号增益、信噪比等参数,通过内部核心软件计算出理论声速,并结合数据库判断相关参数是否合格.实验结果表明:研制成功的检验系统人机界面友好、操作简便,温度、压力、组分等关键参数读取稳定,理论声速计算误差小于0.2%,且检验结果重复性优于0.05%.%To increase the efficiency of testing piped natural gas ultrasonic flowmeter, a study on on-line inspection of piped natural gas ultrasonic flowmeter is conducted based on comparison of sound velocity. Theoretical foundation and procedures of speed of sound comparison testing method are illustrated. The sound velocity calculation model is established. According to the testing procedures and field situation, software and hardware of an ultrasonic flowmeter on-line testing system has been established based on sound velocity comparison method. This testing program is developed by using platform C#. This device connects to the flow computer through ethemet, read out quantity of flow synchronously and measures speed of sound, pressure, temperature,signal gain,signal to noise ratio and other parameters,calculates the theoretical sound velocity through the internal core software,combined with database to judge the eligibility of parameters. The test result shows that the successful developed system has friendly interface, easy to operate, and can load temperature, pressure, composition and other key parameters steadily. The calculation relative error less than 0.2 % ,and the repeatability of test results prior to 0.05 %.
