全椭圆齿轮行星系液态肥深施机构优化设计与试验

     

摘要

To satisfy the requirements of high working efficiency and smooth operation of liquid-fertilizer applicator, a kind of transmission mechanism with planetary elliptic gears was designed for deep-fertilization of liquid fertilizer. The analysis model of this mechanism was established. Its kinematic model was accomplished by means of theoretical derivation. Optimization design on the flow route of liquid fertilizer was conducted by employing the method of anti-twisting design of the mechanism. Finally, the mechanism was tested on the test-bed. After the data processing by using Design-Expert 6. 0. 1 software, the optimum working parameters were determined, which the working pressure of liquid pump is 0. 47 MPa, the rotating rate of planetary frame is 40 r/min, therefore, the fertilizer volume is 20 mL at a time, and fertilizer loss rate is 3. 2% . Observation from the test showed that, the mechanism ran smoothly with no interference, the liquid fertilizer transmitted smoothly characterized by reliable seal, which met the requirement of the design.%为满足液态施肥机工作过程中作业效率高、运转平稳的要求,设计了一种全椭圆齿轮传动的液态肥深施机构.建立了该机构运动学模型,通过理论推导对机构进行运动学分析.优化液态肥流动路线,对机构进行防缠绕设计.进行试验台试验,应用Design-Expert 6.0.1软件进行数据处理,确定了机构最佳工作参数为:液泵压力0.47 MPa、喷肥针孔直径3.0 mm和行星架转速40 r/min,此时施肥量20 mL/次,施肥损失率3.2%.试验表明该机构运转平稳、机构之间无干涉,液态肥流动管路密封可靠,液态肥输送顺畅.
