新型零电压转移DC-DC变换器

摘要

A novel ZVT DC-DC converter is proposed,its operation principle is analyzed through its application to the Boost converter.Both the s imulation and the experiment have verified that all the semiconductor switches c an achieve ZVS/ZCS,and the soft-switching circuit works properly in a wide load range.%提出了一种新型零电压转移DC-DC变换器，并以其在Boost变换 器中的应用为例分析了它的工作原理。仿真与实验都证明全部主、辅管均可实现零电压/零 电流开关，并且电路可工作在较宽的负载范围内。
