采用PSO算法对低压断路器的低能耗优化设计

     

摘要

In low power consumption design of the low-voltage circuit breakers,the parameter setting is usually selected by experience,so it is difficult to minimize the energy consumption.In order to solve this problem,based on analyzing mathematical physics model of the energy consumption of HSW6 low-voltage circuit breakers,a new design method for the optimization design of the low energy consumption parameters using the particle swarm optimization (PSO) is proposed.First,the circuit breaker's rated current and internal power dissipation,copper consumption,number of contacts,contact resistance,etc.are taken into account.And then it can be transformed into a problem of solving the optimal values of those parameters.Through the application of self-adaptive PSO algorithm,finally,the global optimization and the specific values of the parameters can be achieved.The actual application shows that the optimization design method based on PSO algorithm can not only meet the low power consumption design requirements,but also improve the design efficiency.%在低压断路器的低能耗设计中,参数设置通常采用经验方式选取,因而很难实现能耗最低化.为此,在分析HSW6低压断路器能耗的数学物理模型的基础上,提出一种采用粒子群算法(PSO)进行低能耗参数优化设计的方法.首先对断路器的额定电流和内部功耗、铜耗、触头数、触头电阻等影响因素进行分析与建模,并转换成求解这一组参数的最优值问题;然后采用自适应PSO算法进行全局寻优得到参数最优解.实际应用表明,该文提出的基于PSO算法的低能耗参数优化设计方法不仅能实现断路器低能耗设计要求,而且提高了设计效率.
