考虑逆变器输出谐波的永磁同步电机转子位置估计误差分析

     

摘要

针对永磁同步电机脉振高频电压注入法转子位置估计存在误差的问题,提出基于脉振高频电压谐波分析法的转子位置估计误差分析理论.考虑功率管开关离散化致使三相逆变器输出谐波,对三相桥臂功率管开关向量进行傅里叶级数展开,结合空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)理论求解逆变器各功率管开关时刻,计算估计dq轴电压基波分量.在此基础上,分析转子位置估计误差来源,推导出误差表达式.通过仿真、数值计算和实验分析各类系统参数对转子位置估计误差的影响规律,为永磁同步电机脉振高频电压注入法相关控制系统参数的选择与优化提供了理论依据.%Since there is error in estimating rotor position by pulsating high frequency voltage injection method of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), the error analysis theory of rotor position estimation is proposed based on high frequency voltage harmonic analysis. Because the power tube switch discretization causes three-phase inverter output harmonics, the Fourier series expansion of three-phase bridge tube switch vector is carried out. Then SVPWM modulation theory is combined to calculate the switching time of each tube, and the fundamental component of voltage is calculated. On this basis, the source of the rotor position estimation error is analyzed and the error expression is deduced. The influence of various system parameters on rotor position estimation error is verified by simulation, numerical analysis and experiment. It provides the theoretical basis for the selection and optimization of the control system parameters related to high frequency voltage injection method of PMSM.
