浅谈安全评价法在油气长输管道腐蚀防护方面的应用

             

摘要

The oil & gas pipeline is the main artery of national economy. More than 60 over-100-km-long crude oil pipelines have been built in China with a total length of over 85,000 km by the end of 2010. With the extension of the service time, more and more corrosion accidents occur frequently in the pipeline. Great damage will be caused in the event of leakage or crack of pipeline, especially for those containing CO2, H2S and other harmful components. According to statistics from relevant authority in the United States, 43.6% of the long-distance pipeline failures were caused due to corrosion. In this paper, the present situation of long-distance oil & gas pipeline in China was to be introduced, types and reasons for pipeline corrosion were to be analyzed and a set of safety assessment methods on the corrosion of long-distance oil& gas pipeline was to be proposed to ensure the safety of long-distance crude oil pipeline.%  油气长输管道是国民经济的大动脉.截至2010年底,我国铺设的100km以上的原油长输管道已有60多条,总里程已超过8.5万km,随着服役时间的延长,管道陆续进入了腐蚀事故高发期,特别是对于输送含有CO2、H2S等有害成分的输气管道,一旦发生泄漏或爆裂将引起不可估量的损失.根据美国有关部门统计资料显示,在长输管道失效原因中管道的腐蚀占43.6%.本文对我国油气长输管道的现状进行了介绍,对管道腐蚀的种类原因进行了分析,提出了一套适合油气长输管道腐蚀的安全评价法,为确保原油长输管道安全输送提供参考.
