“十二五”中石油管道标准规划要求参与国际标准制修订工作，将我国管道行业的先进技术制定为国际标准。为此阐述了ASTM标准制定工程程序，重点说明了反对票处理程序了，列出了ASTM与管道行业相关的技术委员会，系统梳理了ISO与管道相关的标准。此外介绍了ASTM标准管理模式，包括数字通道、红线标准和信息化服务等方面的先进经验和做法。最后分析了我国管道行业标准国际化存在的问题，提出了ASTM标准采标建议和参与ASTM标准制定工作建议。%Aimming at PetroChina pipeline standards planning requirements during twelve-five period, such as to participate international standards development and revision, and China pipeline industry of advanced technology for international standards formulated. ASTM standards working procedure is discussed, emphasized the negative vote handling procedure. The technology committee which are closely relative to pipeline industry are listed, and systematically collecting ASTM pipeline standards. ASTM standards management models are also introduced, including the advanced experience and practice on digital channel, and red-line standards, and information service. Finally, According to analyse the existing problems of standards internationalization for China pipeline industries, recommendations are made to adopt ASTM standards and participate ASTM standard development.
