2Cr13/N80在含有HAc的饱和CO2盐溶液中的电偶腐蚀行为研究

         

摘要

Galvanic corrosion behaviors of 2Cr13/N80 couple in CO2-saturated solution with different concentrations of HAc were studied by electrochemical tests. The influences of HAc and cathode/anode area ratio were discussed. The results showed that:as to the concentration of HAc increases, potential difference of 2Cr13/N80 becomes narrow. The change of galvanic current density becomes complicated after adding acetic acid, It is not only affected by potential difference but also affected by cathodic and anodic polarizability. The galvanic current density increases along with the increase of cathode/anode area ratio.%  通过电化学测量方法研究了2Cr13/N80电偶对在不同HAc浓度的饱和CO2溶液中的电偶腐蚀行为。考察了HAc浓度、阴阳极面积比对电偶腐蚀的影响规律,结果表明:随HAc浓度的增加,2Cr13/N80偶对间的电偶电位差下降;加入醋酸后偶对间电偶电流密度变化复杂,不仅受偶对间电位差的影响,还受阴、阳极极化率的共同作用影响。阴阳极面积比增大,电偶电流密度也增大。
