国内外油气站场管道检测标准差异分析

摘要

Domestic process pipeline inspection standards for oil&gas stations were assessed. The main problems were the absence of classification for process pipeline for oil&gas stations, and pipeline excavation length and inspection intervals position, and inspection periods and frequency for all kinds of pipelines. API RP 2611-2011《Inspection of In-service Terminal Piping Systems》was introduced. The technological advancement of API RP 2611 were the systematical classification for process pipeline for oil&gas stations, and definition and judge criteria for idle pipeline, and various pipeline inspection methods, and strict and detailed inspection periods and frequency. With the reference of API RP 2611-2011, it is useful to perfect China process pipeline inspection standards for oil&gas stations.%评价了国内油气站场管道检测标准，存在的问题主要是缺少针对油气站场管道系统分类，管道开挖长度和检测间隔位置，以及各种类型管道的检测周期和频率等。介绍了API RP 2611-2011《在役运行的终端转运油库管道系统的检验》，该标准技术先进性表现在针对油气站场管道进行系统分类、定义闲置管道判定准则、检测方法多样化以及检测周期和频率严密细致等。最后提出了借鉴API RP 2611-2011先进理念，提升我国油气站场管道检测标准的技术水平的建议。
