无机富锌涂料防腐特性及其在杭州湾跨海大桥海中平台钢结构防腐维修工程应用

摘要

This paper mainly describes the technical characteristics and construction method of inorganic Zinc-rich coating, and detailedly introduces anti-corrosive construction about steel structure and application of anti-corrosive coating about steel pipe pile in the Hangzhou Bay sea crossing bridge. This successful application ofInorganic zinc rich coatings in offshore steel structures will provide reference experience for the similar projects in the future.%本文主要讲述无机富锌涂料的技术特性和施工方法，并详细介绍了其在杭州湾跨海大桥海中平台上部钢结构建筑安装过程中的防腐补口补伤施工和下部钢管桩涂层防腐中的应用，此次海洋钢结构防腐蚀无机富锌涂料施工的成功实施将为今后相似工程提供参考经验。
