In this paper, the effect of the corrosion inhibitor film on the corrosion degree of the surface of the 13Cr specimen in the residual acid test was studied. SEM and EDS analysis results showed that the corrosion resistance of the surface of the samples after fresh acid test was made of copper iflm; The results of corrosion evaluation tests showed that: the corrosion rate of samples with copper iflm was 200 times that of no copper iflms, the corrosion rate was decreased a third when the copper iflms were removed by ultrasonic cleaning; The electric potential of copper iflm and 13Cr under different pH values showed that the corrosion resistance of the copper film was the main reason for accelerating corrosion of 13Cr samples in the residual acid test.%本文主要研究了13Cr试样在鲜酸腐蚀过程中表面形成的缓蚀剂保护膜对该试样在后期残酸试验中腐蚀程度的影响。SEM、EDS分析结果表明:鲜酸试验后试样表面覆盖的缓蚀剂保护膜为铜膜;腐蚀评价试验结果表明:在残酸试验中,表面有铜膜附着的试样,其腐蚀速率是无铜膜试样的200倍,残酸试验前将试样表面的铜膜经超声清洗去除后,其腐蚀速率下降了1/3;不同pH值条件下铜膜与13Cr的电位测量结果表明:缓蚀剂铜膜的存在是13Cr试样在残酸试验中腐蚀加速的主要原因。
