弯管柱塞式热熔挤出聚乙烯缠绕3PE防腐新技术

摘要

钢管三层PE（简称3PE）防腐层为主的长输管线建设中，弯管现有涂层成型技术所获得的防腐层难以与工厂预制直管线防腐层相匹配，往往成为管线防腐保护的薄弱环节。本文提出一种弯管3PE防腐新技术，其所成型的防腐层与直管相同，大大提高了管线的整体防腐性能，值得在管线防腐工程中推广。%with three layer PE (referred 3PE) coating as mainly of long-distance pipeline corrosion construction, bend pipe coating that use of current technology production can be difficult to match the factory straight line coating, it is often become the weak link in the pipeline corrosion protection . This paper presents a new production process of bend pipe 3PE coating, the same coating it with straight pipe coating, it greatly improving the overall corrosion resistance of the pipeline and has widely in the pipeline corrosion protection value.
