埋地钢制管道非开挖腐蚀检测技术

摘要

目前,埋地管道检测技术与方法众多,技术支撑也较为完善.本文主要针对埋地管道非开挖腐蚀检测技术开展了部分研究工作,主要分析了皮尔逊(Pearson)检测技术、管中电流法、直流电压梯度测试法(DCVG)、密间隔电位检测法(CIPS)埋地管道外防腐层检测技术,埋地管体内检测及超声导波外检测技术.结合电厂实际情况,引入了C-SCAN2010、Wavemaker G3-10检测设备进行试验.开挖验证结果表明,C-SCAN2010、Wavemaker G3-10适用于厂区环境的埋地管道检测.%Analysing the coating testing Technique for buriedpipeline, including Pearson, current method, DCVG, CIPS. Analysing the internal detection, and the external inspection method of Ultrasonic guided wave. Combining with the actual environment of the power plant, the C-SCAN2010 and Wavemaker G3-10 were introduced. The results show that the Wavemaker G3-10 and C-SCAN2010 is feasible for the detection of buried pipeline in the plant.
