Advance in Nicotine to Nornicotine Conversion in Tobacco

Nicotine to nornicotine conversion in cultivated tobacco was reviewed in four aspects, including the effect on TSNAs formation and flavor quality, genetic control and biochemical process, conversion frequency and time, and the methods for early identification of nicotine converter plant.
