The transfer assembly in YF172 filter rod curing and storing conveyor is an adjustable cantilever structure, wherein deviated belt running and disorder of the transferred filter rods may happen.The driven pulley in the assembly was replaced by a unilateral regulation mechanism, by opening a glass door, the operator can access to and adjust the axis of driven wheel to a position perpendicular to the center line of the conveying belt.After improvement, installation and setting time shortened from 2 to 1.5 hours, the number of the belt running away from its normal path decreased from 2 times a week to once a month, and filter rod conveying and machine efficiency were improved.%YF172滤棒固化储存输送装置采用的可调式悬臂结构接口部件在实际应用过程中,在对接后会出现输送带跑偏、乱棒等现象,影响了滤棒输送质量.为此,对YF172滤棒固化储存输送装置接口部件从动轮进行了改进.将从动轮带轮改进为单侧调整纠偏机构,在实际应用中,只需打开对接机的玻璃门,即可直观、快速地调整从动轮轴线与输送带中心垂直,较好地解决了输送带跑偏问题.更换从动轮后,设备安装调试时间由2h缩短至1.5 h,输送带跑偏次数由2次/周减少到1次/月,提高了滤棒的输送质量和设备的稳定性.
