闭式五面筛滚烟梗分选机的设计与应用

         

摘要

为解决打叶复烤企业使用振动筛分机进行烟梗筛分时存在长梗品质不稳定、能源消耗高以及生产场所粉尘污染严重等问题,采用多边形滚筒筛技术设计了闭式五面筛滚烟梗分选机.该机由带有扒料杆的有轴五面筛滚筒以及带有间歇式翻板自动出料装置的封闭式筛分仓组成,能够替代原有的多台振筛和输送机进行烟梗筛分,并具有排尘和冷却功能.应用效果表明,长梗率提高约13百分点,长梗包装温度下降5~10℃,烟梗筛分全程功耗≤7.5 kW,节电360 kW· h/d;筛分后长梗纯净无碎叶,较好地解决了需要人工清理筛网堵塞物的问题,降低了设备运行的振动噪声和粉尘污染,提高了打叶复烤出片率.%The vibration screen for stem classifying in tobacco processing facilities has the shortcomings of unsteady long stem quality, higher energy consumption and serious dust pollution in production site, therefore a closed pentagonal rotary screen was designed, which was composed of a shafted pentagonal rotary screen with spiker rods, and a closed screening bunker equipped with an automatic intermittent discharging airlock. The new screen had the capacity to replace several vibration screens now in use, moreover, it had the functions of dust exhausting and stem cooling. The results of application indicated that the rate of long stem increased by about 13 percentage points, the temperature of packed long stems dropped by 5-10 ℃, the total energy consumption of stem classifying was no more than 7.5 kW, and 360 kW · h of electric power was saved per day. The classified long stems were clean and free of crushed strips. It was not necessary to clean the screen manually. The vibration noise and dust pollution reduced, while the strip yield increased.
