双通道滤棒切割装置设计及仿真分析

         

摘要

In order to master the cutoff device for twin filter rods in filter rod maker, the structure of the device was analyzed. The relationships of filter plug length with the inclination angle of cutoff blade carrier and the rotational diameter of ledgers were derived and a mathematic model was developed, simulation analysis was conducted as well. The results showed that: 1) The center-to-center distance between the twin filter rods, blade width and the diameter and rotary center location of blade carrier should be decided before designing. 2) Filter plug length decided the inclination angle of blade carrier. 3) Filter plug length and the inclination angle of blade carrier decided the rotational diameter of the ledgers. 4) The inclination angles of blade carrier and the rotational diameter of ledgers corresponding to various filter plug lengths were calculated with Matlab software, the calculated results were close to the values provided by G.D Corporation. The theoretical analysis and calculation results of the mathematic model were proved to be correct and applicable to designing the cutoff device for twin filter rods.%为掌握双通道滤棒切割技术,分析了切割装置的结构原理,通过建立刀盘和旋转喇叭嘴的数学模型,推导了滤棒长度与刀盘倾斜角及喇叭嘴旋转直径之间的关系,并进行了仿真分析.结果表明:①双通道滤棒切割装置的设计首先需确定双通道中心间距、切刀宽度、刀盘直径和刀盘旋转中心位置;②滤棒长度决定刀盘倾斜角;③滤棒长度和刀盘倾斜角决定喇叭嘴旋转直径;④在Matlab软件中求解不同滤棒长度下刀盘倾斜角和喇叭嘴旋转直径,其计算值与G.D公司提供值偏差较小.以切刀、喇叭嘴和滤棒三者的空间交互运动建立的数学模型,其理论分析和计算结果是正确的,能够用于计算和设计不同滤棒长度规格的双通道滤棒切割装置.
