GDX1软盒包装机组商标纸加速输送装置的改进

     

摘要

In order to prevent the thick labels from misalignment or out of position, via analyzing the working principle of label supplying system and the factors influencing the stability of label conveying and adopting toothed suction belt transmission technology, accelerated label conveying device in GDX1 soft packer was improved as following: 1) A pair of gears were installed on the shafts of accelerating wheel and driven wheel separately to make them synchronously rotating in opposite directions, and the driven wheel was driven by gears instead of by friction. 2) Labels were conveyed via the engagement of driven wheel and accelerating wheel, for ensuring a steady conveying process, the clearance between the two wheels was set at 0.05 mm less than label’s thickness. The results showed that after improvement, the running speed of GDX1 packer increased from 320 to 360 packets per minute, the machine efficiency raised by about 6.3 percentage points, and the labels were conveyed more steadily. The working surface of driven wheel was away from the bearing and sliding seat, cleaning and maintenance became more convenient. Meanwhile the maintenance period was prolonged from 2 to 4 hours above. The improved accelerated label conveying device was adaptive for labels of various thickness.%为解决GDX1软盒包装机组使用加厚商标纸在输送过程中存在商标纸歪斜或输送不到位等问题,通过分析商标纸供纸系统工作原理及影响商标纸输送稳定性的因素,采用齿形吸风带啮合传动技术,对商标纸加速输送装置进行了改进:①分别在加速轮轴和从动轮轴上设计一对相啮合的齿轮,使得加速轮和从动轮同步反方向旋转,将从动轮由摩擦驱动改为齿轮驱动。②由从动轮与加速轮啮合共同完成商标纸的输送,当从动轮与加速轮的间隙调整为商标纸厚度减0.05 mm时,商标纸输送最稳定。结果表明:改进后GDX1机组运行速度由最高320包/分钟提高到360包/分钟,设备有效作业率提升约6.3百分点,商标纸输送稳定性明显改善;从动轮工作面远离轴承及滑座,清理维护方便,设备清洁保养时间间隔由2h延长到4h以上。改进后商标纸加速装置可适应不同厚度的商标纸,有效提升了设备的适应性。
