Research progress on career anxiety and influencing factors of nursing college students under the background of COVID-19

摘要

As the social environment keeps changing college students''employment anxiety increases rather than decreases,the mental health of college students during the new crown epidemic has attracted the attention of the state and universities.Through literature review,we analyzed the concept,measurement tools,and influencing factors of employment anxiety in the context of the new crown epidemic,aiming to propose measures and theoretical basis for improving career planning of nursing college students in the future,improving the quality of nursing talent training and alleviating employment anxiety of nursing college students in colleges and universities.
