加料方式对锆合金铸锭成分均匀性的影响

     

摘要

分别以合金包方式与人工混料方式加入合金元素,经三次真空自耗熔炼制出了两个Zirlo锆合金铸锭.通过对熔炼的一次、二次和三次铸锭的化学成分进行对比,分析了加料方式对铸锭成分均匀性的影响.结果表明,与合金包加料方式相比,采用人工混料的加料方式能明显提高锆合金铸锭成分的均匀性.%The thesis involves two different alloying elements adding methods, i. e. the alloy packet and mixing the alloy elements with zirconium sponge. Based on the comparing of the chemistry uniformity of primary, intermediate and final nuclear - grade alloy ingots, the effects of alloying adding methods on the raw material uniformity were analyzed. Together with the characteristics of alloy elements solidification distribution, it was also studied that the impact of alloying elements adding methods on the uniformity of ingot composition. It is concluded that method of mixing alloy elements with sponge is obviously better than alloy packet addition method for enhancing the uniformity of ingot composition.
