冷轧及热处理对TC16钛合金管材组织与性能的影响

         

摘要

通过改变冷轧过程中的工艺参数,研究了加工变形量、Q值(相对减壁量和相对减径量的比值)对TC16(Ti2Al-2.5Zr)钛合金管材拉伸力学性能的影响,同时研究了退火温度对管材拉伸力学性能及显微组织的影响.结果表明:Ti-2Al-2.5Zr合金管材具有良好的冷加工性能,当冷轧变形量在25%时可获得较佳的强塑性匹配;当轧制Q值在1.2~2.0变化时,管材强度、塑形均随Q增大而提高,可获得综合性能优异的管材.此外,研究发现随着退火温度的升高,管材强度、塑性及屈强比均呈现下降趋势.%The effects of process deformation and Q value on tensile mechanical properties of Ti-2Al-2. 5Zr titanium alloy tubes were investigated by changing the process parameters in cold rolling process. And the effects of heat treatment temperature on microstructure and tensile property of the alloy tubes were also studied. The results show that Ti-2A1-2. 5Zr titanium alloy tubes have good cold rolling properties, and have excellent tensile strength and plasticity when the process deformation is 25%. When the Q value in the range of 1. 2 ~ 2. 0, both the strength and elongation increase. Besides, the strength and ductility of the tubes shows a downward trend with the increasing of annealing temperature.
