Production and sales situation about titanium products,such as titanium sponge,titanium ingot and titanium mill products were counted by China Nonferrous Metal Industry Association Ti,Zr,Hf Branch.And the statistics included capacity,output, price,foreign trade situation and so on.Then the overall operation situation about China titanium industry in 2016 was evaluated.Finally,the prominent problems in China titanium industry were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion were given: titanium industry colleagues should work together to develop the high temperature titanium alloy for aero-engine, titanium alloy for ship and marine and low cost titanium alloy with high performance, establish and revise relevant standards of titanium alloy, and improve the stability of titanium sponge and master alloy products.%依据中国有色金属工业协会钛锆铪分会对中国海绵钛、钛锭、钛加工材等主要钛产品的产能、产量、价格、进出口量等统计数据,对中国钛工业2016年生产和贸易的总体运营状况进行了评价.分析了目前我国钛行业存在的突出问题,指出:钛行业同仁应群策群力,加大力度开展航空发动机用高温钛合金、船舶及海洋用钛合金、低成本高性能钛合金的研发及工程化应用,完善钛合金相关标准的建立及修订,并提高海绵钛及中间合金产品的稳定性.
