开关磁阻电动机微步控制系统的分析与设计

         

摘要

A switched reluctance drive control system based on the micro-step control strategy was designed. Duty cycle of the PWM was adjusted by through the control of winding currents of different phases. The motor’s step angle was reduced and the torque ripple of motor was diminished. This micro-step control strategy was implemented by us-ing DSP controller. The experimental result is well confirmed to theory analysis and the reasonability and validation of this micro-step control system are well verified.%设计了一种基于微步控制策略的开关磁阻电动机控制系统。运用DSP控制器,通过控制开关磁阻电动机各相绕组电流来调节 PWM(脉冲宽度调制)的占空比,使电动机步进角减小即每转步数增加,从而达到减小电动机转矩脉动的目的。实验结果与理论分析完全吻合,验证了该微步控制系统的合理性与有效性。
